Cucumber Cooler Mocktail

Serves: 1

“This refreshing and cooling drink could help calm hot flashes and manage bloating.”

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of cucumber (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

  • ½ Tablespoon lime juice

  • ½ Tablespoon agave nectar

  • Sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker or large glass, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves together.

  2. Add the lime juice and agave syrup to the muddled cucumber and mint. Stir well to combine.

  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. This removes the solids while keeping the infused liquid!

  4. Pour the sparkling water or club soda over the cucumber and mint mixture. Stir gently to mix.

  5. Garnish with extra cucumber slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
