Blueberry Mojito Mocktail

Serves: 1

“A refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink that could help calm inflammation and boost immunity.”


Ingredients:

  • 20 blueberries, fresh or thawed

  • ½ lime, chopped

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon monkfruit sweetener (or you can use honey or simple syrup)

  • Soda water or lime sparkling water

  • Optional garnish: blueberries, mint, and lime

Instructions:

  • Add the blueberries to your glass and crush with a muddler. 

  • Add the lime and monkfruit and then muddle again. 

  • Add the mint leaves to the glass.

  • Fill the glass with ice and then top with soda water. Gently stir, garnish, and enjoy!
